Roch Malnuit started BASE jumping in 2003 when he was 21. Born into a family where his father was a BASE jumper and mother a seamstress, Roch had sewn and tested his first wingsuit in 2010. Since then he dedicated himself to climbing and jumping mountains in the Alps. He has over 2000 jumps and opened exit points for some of them. He found himself on a technical alpine ascent and wingsuit BASE from it, like in Antarctica or Pakistan.

He is heavily involved in the sport and is the President of the French BASE Association who is improving a positive image of BASE jumping in France. Roch also provides teaching and guiding with his Rock Drop BASE jumping school. He thinks that being a good coach is not just about performance, but also being able to support and advise students on their path. If he is not at the exit, you can find Roch in his hometown in Chamonix, rock climbing, snowboarding, paragliding or participating in any sport that you find in the mountains.
